Trinity Tank Vent Filter Housings are specially engineered for sterile atmospheric breathing of pharmaceutical storage vessels, WFI holding tanks, de-ionized water storage, and brewery fermentation tanks. Manufactured from high-grade SS 316L stainless steel with internal electropolishing to Ra < 0.4 µm, these housings prevent airborne contaminants and bacteria from entering critical liquid storage during tank filling and emptying cycles.
Available with optional electrical heating jackets (110V/230V) to prevent moisture condensation and filter membrane fouling during hot WFI or CIP/SIP steam cycles. Conforming to strict ASME BPE, cGMP, and US FDA requirements, they provide reliable sterile venting protection.
