TRINITY Oil Absorbent Bag Filters are designed with multi-layer construction with high dirt loading, oil absorption and low differential pressure drops. Made with polypropylene micro fibre these bags offer excellent chemical compatibility and high filter efficiency. Trinity Oil Absorbent Bag Filters offer effective oil removal properties from process Fluids applications. This new unique design helps to provide one of the highest capacity oil absorbing filter bags. The different layers of micro fibers that retain oil patches increase overall efficiency on micron ratings ranging from 1 to 50. This bag is also designed to fit into any standard size #1 or #2 Liquid Bag Housing and also 7-inch Plastic Collar that creates a positive seal and is 100% Recyclable.
Polypropylene Microfibers repel water and absorb oil & other petrochemicals up to 25 times their weight. It is the ideal solution for removing trace contaminants from your water-based products. The bags remove silicone oil and other crater-causing substances traces from coatings while allowing pigments to pass through. The design allows pigments to pass through the filtration layers while retaining impurities and removing silicone oil and other crater-forming substances. Our 25-micron bag is the ideal choice for the removal of 'free' oil. These bags are a good choice for applications up to 82°C.
